Penske Australia will exchange any faulty item within 14 days of receipt of delivery and delivery charges will be covered by Penske Australia . Delivery date is considered to be 2 business days after the date of dispatch. Return of non-faulty items may be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery, however Penske Australia will not cover delivery costs and a 10% restocking fee is applicable.
To exchange products, the goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging and be fit for resale. Goods that have been opened, used, tags or packing/instruction manuals removed, or goods sold on a “no return basis” cannot be returned, unless faulty. Return of special order items is at the discretion of Penske Australia.
If you have any concerns prior to purchasing please drop us a line to avoid incorrect sizing. Please note for all returns you must receive an authorisation from Penske Australia before returning the goods and this can be obtained by contacting us via PDCPartsenquiry@Penske.com.au
All returned goods must be sent with a copy of the Penske Australia Pty Ltd invoice as proof of purchase.
Penske Australia accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to Penske Australia . Goods returned by “Cash on delivery” are not accepted by Penske Australia , return postage costs incurred will be reimbursed to the sender if the item is deemed faulty once received by Penske Australia .
